All content displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to games, graphics, text, logos, images, code, and designs, is the intellectual property of Empressora or our licensors. You are granted no rights to this content except the limited right to use the Platform for personal entertainment. Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Article VIII: Service Availability

While we endeavor to maintain consistent service, Empressora is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

Article IX: Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or functionality of any aspect of the Platform.

Article X: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Empressora and its operators shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

Article XI: User Accounts and Data

Empressora does not require user accounts or registration. Any data stored locally on your device is your responsibility to manage through your browser settings.

Article XII: No Endorsement of Gambling

Article XIII: Termination Rights

For questions regarding these Terms, please review our other legal documents. If you disagree with these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
